Cancelation Policy

 

• ​100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

• 50% refund of advanced payment if cancellation is less than 7 days of arrival

• 0% refundable if cancellation made within 7 days or less of arrival.

Guest Arrival & Departure:

Check-in: 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

​1. Incidental Deposit is Required

• A pre-authorization of USD $75 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 3 day(s) after departure

• This amount will be fully refundable after check-out, provided no damages, missing items, rule violations, or additional cleaning charges are incurred. The deposit may be used to cover incidental expenses, including but not limited to damage repair, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, or loss of property items.

2. Occupancy

• Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

• Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age.

 

3. Animal Policy and Fee​

Absolutely no animals are allowed on the property.

If it is discovered that an animal has been brought into the room or onto the property, a guest will be charged a non-refundable $200 violation fee, and you may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

Please leave your animals at home — no exceptions.

 

4. No Smoking, Vaping, E-Cigarettes

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, patios, and breezeway areas. If evidence of smoking (including odor, ashes, or residue) is found inside the room or on restricted areas of the property, a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account to cover the cost of deep cleaning and odor removal. Guests who violate this policy may also be required to vacate the property immediately without refund.

5. Parking

• No parking motorcycles or dirt bikes in the patio or breezeway area. Parking only on the right side of the building.

6. Additional Rules

• Please keep the outdoor walkway clear of personal belongings at all times as a courtesy for other guest and for safety reasons.

• No Glitter, Confetti, Silly String etc. is prohibited from use on the property anywhere outside or inside.

• No Fireworks, No Hunting or Shooting.

• No Parties or Events -Only the guest listed on the Reservation allowed on the property unless you have booked an Event with the owner. For Event inquiries please email info@sommerhouseinn.com

• Animal Control- To keep our space free from unwanted critters, avoid leaving food outside.
