Individual rooms: 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Entire property: 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Individual room: 50% due at time of booking; remaining balance due 14 days before arrival.

Entire property: 50% due at time of booking; remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Individual Room: pre-authorization of USD $75 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 3 days after departure.

Entire Property: pre-authorization of USD $400 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 3 days after departure.

This amount is fully refundable after check-out, provided no damages, missing items, rule violations, or additional cleaning charges are incurred. The deposit may be used to cover incidental expenses, including but not limited to damage repair, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, or loss of property items.

Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

The guest who books the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.

Absolutely no animals are allowed on the property.

If it is discovered that an animal has been brought into the room or onto the property, a guest will be charged a non-refundable $200 violation fee, and may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

Please leave your animals at home — no exceptions.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, patios, and breezeway areas. If evidence of smoking (including odor, ashes, or residue) is found inside the room or on restricted areas of the property, a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to the guest's account to cover the cost of deep cleaning and odor removal. Guests who violate this policy may also be required to vacate the property immediately without refund.

No parking motorcycles or dirt bikes in the patio or breezeway area. Parking only on the right side of the building.

Please keep the outdoor walkway clear of personal belongings at all times as a courtesy for other guests and for safety reasons.

No glitter, confetti, silly string or similar is permitted on the property — anywhere, inside or out.

No fireworks, no hunting, no shooting.

No parties or events. Only the guest listed on the reservation is allowed on the property unless an event has been booked with the owner. For event inquiries, please email info@sommerhouseinn.com.

Animal Control — to keep our space free from unwanted critters, avoid leaving food outside.
